Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer an "Open Box" policy. You must check your items in front of the delivery person. If you are unsatisfied, you can return it instantly by paying only the delivery fee. Once the delivery person leaves, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Returns must be handled instantly at the door. Hand the item back to the delivery rider. If the item is defective, let the rider know, and contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Phone.
When will I get my refund?
Since we use Cash on Delivery and an instant return system, you only pay for what you keep. If you return the item at the door, no refund is necessary as you haven't paid for the product yet (only the delivery fee).
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Exchanges must happen during delivery. Please verify the size while the delivery rider is present. Because we do not accept returns after the rider departs, please double-check our size chart before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as secure digital payments via bKash and SSLCommerz (Credit/Debit cards).
Can I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?
Yes! If you have a valid Abha promo code, enter it in the "Coupon Code" field on the checkout page before finalizing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order only before it leaves our warehouse. Once the parcel is handed over to Pathao or Steadfast, it cannot be canceled.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Occasionally for exclusive collections. Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page with an estimated shipping date.

Where do you ship?
We ship all across Bangladesh using reliable courier partners like Pathao and Steadfast.
How long does shipping take?
Typically, delivery takes 2–3 business days within Dhaka and 3–5 business days outside Dhaka.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS. You can use this ID on the courier's website to see the live status of your parcel.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at +880 171188-1158, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to the detailed Size Chart found on every product page. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own that fits well and comparing it to our dimensions.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes, our garments are designed to follow standard Bangladeshi sizing. However, we always recommend checking the specific measurements provided in the description.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. For a slim, tailored look, choose the smaller of the two.
Can I return or exchange if it doesn’t fit?
Yes! We want you to love the way it fits. You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
