Orders can only be canceled before the product leaves our warehouse. Once the parcel has been handed over to our courier partners (such as Pathao or Steadfast) and has left our premises, order cancellation is absolutely not possible.
2. Delivery and Receiving Conditions
We rely on trusted local couriers to deliver your clothing. As outlined in our Return Policy, you must inspect the package in front of the delivery rider. By receiving the package and letting the delivery rider leave, you confirm that the product is in perfect condition and matches your order specifications.
3. Product Descriptions and Sizing
We make every effort to display our clothing designs, colors, and sizes accurately. However, slight color variations may occur due to different phone or monitor displays. Customers must clearly select or communicate their exact size requirements during the ordering process.
4. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, restock, or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.
