Return & Replacement Policy

At Abha, we want to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience. To avoid any confusion, please read our strictly enforced return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Mandatory Checking at Delivery

We operate on an “Open Box” policy. Customers are required to check the product in front of the delivery man upon arrival. Please open the package and verify the clothing’s quality, color, and size before the delivery person leaves your premises.

2. Instant Returns

If you do not like the product or change your mind upon seeing it, you can return it instantly to the delivery man. In this scenario, you are only required to pay the courier delivery fee. The product will be returned to us, and the transaction will be closed.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you find that the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item while checking it in front of the delivery man, please show the issue directly to them. Hand the product back to the rider, and we will process a replacement and deliver a brand-new product to you.

4. Strictly No After-Delivery Returns

Once you have received the parcel, the delivery man has left, and the delivery is marked as complete, we cannot accept any complaints, returns, or exchange requests. Absolutely no exceptions can be made once the delivery person departs, so please ensure you are fully satisfied while they are present.

5. Size Responsibilities

Please be very clear about your required size while placing an order. Because we do not accept returns or exchanges after a completed delivery, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to select the correct size during checkout.
